Stan Popovich is the author of A Layman's Guide to Managing Fear Using Psychology, Christianity and Non Resistant Methods- an easy to read book that presents a general overview of techniques that are effective in managing persistent fears and anxieties. Stan has struggled with fear and anxiety for over 20 years. Stanley has used his writing skills, analytical talents, interviews and diligent research in an attempt to educate readers on how to deal with fear. He was educated at Pennsylvania State University and has used these approaches in his own life.
