Joanie Connell, PhD

Joanie B. Connell, Ph.D., is the founder of Flexible Work Solutions, a consulting firm that specializes in talent management at all levels—new hires to executives. Dr. Connell is the author of Flying without a Helicopter: How to Prepare Young People for Work and Life and gives keynote speeches and workshops to corporations, schools, youth groups, and parents. She also coaches individuals and gives career assessments. She received her doctorate in psychology from the University of California Berkeley and her bachelors in engineering from Harvard University.
