Estate Planning Attorney Darren Carlson received his B.S. in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University and his J.D. Magna Cum Laude from Creighton University Law School. He has over 25 years of experience as an attorney.
Darren was challenged to write a book about estate planning that wasn't boring. He decided to incorporate families from 1960’s era TV sitcoms and dramas, and the result was Your 1960's TV Guide to Estate Planning. An entertaining and easy read, Carlson used television families like the Bunkers of "All in the Family," the Howells from "Gilligan's Island," "The Brady Bunch" and "The Waltons" to clearly and humorously illustrate inheritance and estate tax planning strategies.
