Lynn Roseberry, Ph.D

Lynn Roseberry is an American living in Copenhagen, Denmark, where she is a professor in the Department of Management, Politics and Philosophy at Copenhagen Business School, and also serves as the Business School’s first Equal Opportunity Officer. She graduated from Yale (1982), magna cum laude, with a major in religious studies, and has a J.D. from Arizona State University College of Law (1988) cum laude, an LL.M. from Harvard Law School (1992), and a Ph.D. from Copenhagen Business School (1999).

Lynn has more than 20 years of experience working with and teaching about gender issues as a lawyer and scholar and in university management in the US and Europe. She has edited and contributed to several books on discrimination law and related issues, including Age Discrimination and Diversity (Cambridge University Press 2011), European Union Non-Discrimination Law and Intersectionality (Ashgate 2011), and Corporate Social and Human Rights Responsibilities (Palgrave 2010). She is currently writing a book about why and how we should close the gender gap, with expected publication in 2013.
