Jen Teague came from a world filled with Human Resources, over-analyzing, and most importantly, recruiting and on-boarding. When she was 19, she volunteered to work in her dad's employment agency to learn all she could about business and hiring. She then spent years studying and practicing good hiring practices and developing procedures. Now, with almost 20 years of experience, she helps job seekers find work and small and growing businesses create and implement their own hiring practices.
