Jen Johnson is a psychotherapist, mindfulness teacher, and speaker offering mind-body wellness counseling and training for people who want to live with greater peace, happiness, and well-being. She teaches people how to live intentionally, live well, and live their full potential. Jen provides individual counseling and mindfulness training in person and by phone and Skype. She teaches workshops and retreats on Mindfulness, Mindful Writing, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Jen is the author of Daily OM’s online mindfulness class. She blogs about mindfulness and wellness at www.everydaymindful.com and is writing a book about living mindfully.
