Felicia M. Hazzard
Felicia M Hazzard is the Founder & Editor-in-Chief of Fragrance Belles-Lettres Magazine. A native of Chicago, Illinois and graduate of Columbia College Chicago with a degree in journalism and television broadcasting. After completing college and working in the corporate industry, Felicia returned to her childhood passion for perfume by becoming a contributing writer for several online blogs and eventually became a publisher in 2009 with the creation of Fragrance Belles-Lettres Magazine, a division of Noblesse Luxe Publishing.
Felicia focuses on writing articles, reviews and conducts exclusive interviews for the niche fragrance industry. Her dedication landed opportunities to become a judge and guest speaker for the first annual Artisan Fragrance Salon in San Francisco in July 2012. When Felicia is not publishing the magazine, she is an advocate for women and children and gives to charitable organizations and events through the Felicia M. Hazzard Foundation, a non 501 ( c) (3) group.
In February 2013, Felicia was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer. During the course of treatment, Felicia was inspired to write her journey on living with breast cancer while still providing a Work Life Balance. Also, during that time, Felicia lost her hair due to chemotherapy and without hesitation, she created a hair oil using natural exotic oils from several cultures. Life is complete with her husband and two children.
