Dr. Nicole Gravagna is a neuroscientist and the president of NeuroEQ, a change management company. Nicole has worked with leaders at top institutions including Lockheed Martin and Yale. She also sits on the Advisory Board of Breaking the Bias which is actively improving the conversation around Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace.
