Today, Beth is a popular author, speaker, mentor and motivator. In 2013 she wrote Smart Leadership, launched Leadership Academy for Women, and became a business strategy writer for the American City Business Journals. She also writes a leadership column for Smart Business Magazine. Beth lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her college age sons Brian and Kevin.
